Project Based Dancers
Project-based dancers join Kinetic Reaction Dance Company for select performances and creative projects throughout the season. These artists bring their unique movement styles, experiences, and perspectives into the rehearsal and performance process, helping to shape the collaborative and creative energy of the company’s work. Through these partnerships, the company continues to grow its artistic community and explore new movement possibilities together.

Kelsie Shinall
Kelsie is currently a senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science as well as an Associate of Arts. She is performance driven and has gotten many opportunities to perform and choreograph within Dean College as well as outside of school. She continues to seek any and all performance opportunities to keep her passion and love for dance alive and to tell a story through movement.

Anneliese Day
Anneliese Day is a New England based performer and choreographer. Raised in Northern California, she is currently a senior at Dean College, pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Dance. She has had original work set on her by Alexander Davis, MFA and director of Liquid Spine; Katie Pustizzi, MFA. Her experience also includes participating in the development of “Under the Rhythm” by Robert Battle and “stim” by Lauren Lovette through the Paul Taylor Dance Company Summer Intensive, as well as directly learning repertoire from David Dorfman’s “Truce Songs” in 2025. Anneliese has been given the opportunity to choreograph and receive feedback multiple times for the Schools of Performing Arts and student-run clubs at Dean College. After graduation, she plans to continue dance composition and obtain her Master of Fine Arts in Choreography.

Julia Perez
Julia is currently in her senior year, pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in performance. While in pursuit of her degree, she has been able to perform and choreograph for showcases at Dean College, as well as outside performances not affiliated with the school. Through her studies, she has also been able to refine her teaching approach allowing for her to continue sharing the love and joy of dance in any way she can.

Summer Lee
Hi, I’m Summer Lee! I’m a commercial dance major at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee and have been dancing since I was 3 years old. I’m passionate about performing, choreography, and sharing my journey as a dancer through creative movement and lifestyle content.

Francesca Lage
Francesca Lage, originally from Middleton, Massachusetts, has trained in dance for 18 years in styles including ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop, and Latin jazz. In high school she studied at the Conservatory program at Northeast School of Ballet. After graduating high school, Francesca continued her academic and artistic pursuits at Marymount Manhattan College, where she studied from 2022 to 2023 with a focus on pedagogy for her Bachelor of Arts. She then transferred to Dean College, where she continued her education and graduated in 2025. Professionally, she has performed as a guest artist with Dianne McIntyre’s company in In the Same Tongue at the Emerson Cutler Majestic Theater (2024) and appeared in Tony Williams’ Urban Nutcracker, which premiered on PBS in 2021. She is currently dancing with Project Moshen under the direction of Kelli Moshen.

Daniella Molinaro
Daniella Molinaro is currently a Senior Dance major with a minor in Psychology at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts. While being apart of performances and events such as Choreographer's Concert, Faculty Showcase Fall Dance Concert, and more at Dean, Daniella also teaches various styles of dance classes at local recreational studios. She believes dance is a way to express emotions, ideas, and information, as well as a visceral way to connect through differences and experiences.

Will Williams
Will Williams is a dancer from Ames, Iowa. He began his training at Robert Thomas Dancenter and has since studied ballet and contemporary among many other styles. He has attended summer intensives by NYCDA and Steps on Broadway. Will is currently a student at Dean College where he continues to build on his classical technique, explore movement, and prepare for a career in dance.

Livia Dibb
Livia Dibb is a Massachusetts based dancer and teacher, raised in Framingham, Massachusetts. She is motivated by a love for interpersonal understanding; her practice, instruction, and choreography aim to use dance as a medium to nurture security and strength in any and all people. She is a faculty member of Boston Ballet School and a Dean College graduate with a B.A. in Dance.

David McCool
David is a sophomore in college on track to obtain his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a concentration in performance. He aims to inspire community and a sense of self-worth with his dancing and convict emotions out of those watching. Throughout his years of training, he has had the opportunity to work with world-renowned choreographers like Barak Marshall, Zak Ryan Schlegel, Yusha Marie Sorzano, and Carmen Rozestraten to name a few. At Dean College he has been given ample opportunities to perform and strengthen his artistry.

Emma Chaney
My name is Emma Chaney. I come from a ballet and modern background and have trained with the Northeast Ballet Company, AAB, NYSSSA, the Dean College dance program, and now Kinetic Reaction!
